Richard Bram

For over 40 years, renowned photographer Richard Bram has been prowling the streets of the world, looking for special moments in everyday life. He has worked on major public events and intimate private moments, always with an eye for a significant gesture to animate the photograph. He is a founding member of UP Photographers, the first international street photography collective. Bram regularly writes, lectures, and leads workshops on street photography. In 2020 a major retrospective exhibition of his work was held in Mannheim, Germany. Now based in London, he continues to seek new images wherever he goes.

“A Restless Life'“, is a journey into his analogue past. I’ve been going through the arc. I’ve been scanning a lot of negatives lately and finding some interesting things that had not ever come off of a contact sheet.” Richard Bram
