Nostalgia by Keef Charles

Nostalgia may be just a whisper, barely discernible on the scented breath that carries it. It may be the gaze upon childhood home or curtain drawn back to reveal the past, tainted with emotion. It can be that longing to cross back over the river or a reminder, with occasional twinge of sadness, that sometimes only the crow remains to bear witness. Whatever its form, nostalgia is more than just some memory revisited, it takes us back to the places that help us feel alive.
