The new light rail project in Tel Aviv was a challenging undertaking that began in 2011 and faced multiple delays. Despite the setbacks, the system was finally opened to the public in August 2023.
Igal Stulbach is a visual artist specializing in photography, documentary films, and video art. Born in Krakow, Poland, in 1949 to Holocaust survivors, he now lives in Bat Yam, Israel. In 2015, he produced a documentary film called "Group Portrait," which featured short monologues by second-generation Holocaust survivors. His video art and photography have been exhibited worldwide, and he has received awards for his art in several photography and film contests and festivals.
