I'm on the road again!
This time to Gothenburg to visit the fantastic Gothenburg Street Photo Festival: NOMINATED / WINNERS
But of course I also made sure to have some time to go out on the town to shoot some street!
I arrived at Landvetter airport on Thursday morning, just 5 minutes after former Progressive Street photographer, Anna Lohmann landed. We had made plans to meet up and do a photo walk together. I knew she was going to be there, since the organizers had invited her to be one of the presenters. After a couple of hours together, Anna went back to the hotel and I continued my walk. After a rest I also did an evening walk. Friday was the first day of the festival, but it started in the afternoon, so I one more half day of shooting.
The festival itself was great, many many thanks to the organizers for doing an amazing job! About 200 in the audience, giving me the opportunity to meet many old and new friends! And a whole lot of inspiring talks up on the stage! All the talks are in English, so I can very much recommend next year's edition to all international friends of street photography!
On Sunday morning I got up early, to go to London, where I am now and for the rest of the week. More about that in the next episode!
